Dear All,
I am a frustrated student cum working professional who opted for Student visa services provided by Apex Visas aka A. V. Immigration in Pune. Initially they ask for joining fees wherein they analyze your profile and share a university list accordingly. In my case, I paid that application fees on the spot without thinking for a moment, but in return I got the list of universities which was so generic to all and nothing specific to my profile. That’s fine, but they should at least share the correct details. They didn’t do any analysis and just shared me the list just for the sake of doing. Thus, I need to go through a bunch of Universities to prepare the course list, though I have paid them to carry out this task. I wish I could have smell them at that time only. But I continued their services considering that it was just a bad time for me that they couldn’t help me find a good university. Now that I had the list handy I asked them to go through the application process for a couple of institutes as I was already legging behind for Winter application. That cost me to pay the second installment, which I paid online just because not to delay my application. As usual their response was, they will get back to me in next two or three days max. I kept on waiting for almost two weeks and finally I lost my patience and called them up to withdraw their service. Then only they started my application to University of Windsor. A couple of days went smooth with my regular follow up and finally I thought my application is complete. However, only god knew the underlying picture. Suddenly, with sixth sense may be, I felt to visit the application details which was so shocking to me. Although they are claiming themselves an expert in this segment, they made so silly and very Major mistakes while filling my details.
1. Details of Last Name was filled as First Name
2. First Name was given as Last Name
3. Wrong details in Degree duration, eventhough it was cleary mentioned in Transcript, Results and Degree Certificate documents
4. The most important is: they mentioned BACCALAUREAT as degree I received in undergraduation. BACCALAUREAT was introduced by Napoleon-I in France around 1808. More
details can be found at wiki link https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baccalaur%C3%A9at . Can anyone relate a Computer Science BE degree with this? So disgusting.

The tragedy is when I notified them with email communication, no one even cared to respond me back. I am still waiting for them to atleast show some courtesy or rather
professionalism to reply.
