Prospective immigration service seekers, this is to let you all know about this company (at this point of time i will not say they are fraud as i will have some patients to wait) in pune and mumbai running their business under the name apexvisas – a. v. immigration & careers consultancy pvt. ltd. i would like to warn you all to be beware of this company, looting clients of their hard earned money in the name of immigration services. this is my 5th humble and gentle reminder to them at pune office and there is no reply at all. before paying their evaluation fees, ms radhika. jiteendra called me several times and convinced me to pay. though i have paid initial amount, i have not availed any of the services till date from them and now i wrote several emails and phone calls and they simply not pick up the phones and they even not bothered to reply my emails. i will keep trying and will request them to refund, but if they don’t then do you think any alternative, please suggest.

We regret the inconvenience but however before blaming Apex Visas as looting clients why don’t we take a look at the entire process which has occurred till date, you registered with the organisation on your own accord and agreed to take up the Initial Assessment for Immigration to New Zealand. This was a conscious decision taken on your end after careful consideration, the team based on the same shared the Review Form which had to be filled and shared for the Assessment to happen. The case was closed by the team after repeated follow ups and request for submission of the requisite form. We regret to share that as per the standard operating procedures of the organisation a refund of the assessment fees is not possible however, we would suggest you to submit the assessment form and we will ensure that the subjective Assessment Report is released without any delay.
