Last year i applied for my Canada visa with apex services. I was in different country then. They told me they will do the complete ECA procedure for me as I wasn’t available in Pune . However, after paying first instalment they changed their tune and started asking me to send someone to the university. I have made it very much clear in the first talk itself that I can’t ask anyone for the same and Apex needs to do it. I proceeded my case only on the basis of this promise. But they kept changing their stand. The processing case officer had no knowledge of the case and no good way of speaking. I was frustrated and asked them to refund my money on the basis of incompetent service but they denied it. My hard earned money just went down the drain. Will definitely not recommend them to anyone.
