A.V.Immigrations(APEX VISAS) is Systematicaly Frauding Aspirants. They Claim to be consultants but are nothing more than LOADERS (“Hamal” the one you see loading a truck with goods). They are no consultants they are loaders of your documents. On your visit to their office they ask you to get the “Technical Evaluation” done for which they charge approx 1200/- this is their first step to fraud aspirants. This so called “Technical Evaluation” report is nothing but a point test report that can be done free of cost on any official government immigration site. Post a “Positive” Technical Evaluation, they claim to have 100% success for permanent residency which is a blatant lie. Their sales team is unable to answer simple eligibility questions and they always say we will get back to you after checking with their “Technical” team. The so called specialist/technical team is as highly incompetent. They just do not know the basic eligibility criteria of relevant education and relevant work experience. The Sales/Specialist Team says that relevant experience is picked from the last 10yrs of work experience but they do not “Define” what is relevant. And, for education they say only your gradation is considered. To hide their systematic fraud they use an agreement that in the event of negative outcome by the immigration assessment authorities which invariably happens 50% of the time because of insufficient/inappropriate education and work experience of the applicant, this is never bought out in their “Technical Evaluation” Report. On a “Negative” outcome of your skill assessment(happens 50% of the time) by the immigration authority. Apex Visas will give you false reasons which will never match the official reason given by the immigration assessment authorities in their report sent to you. For the purpose of immigration all immigration authority will check whether the University/Institute which awarded you the degree is on their approved list. Only post assessment of your education your skills assessment or work experience assessment is done. The official “Negative” outcome can only be for the following reasons 1.Non-relevant Education 2.University/Institute Awarding your Degree not on their Approved list 3.Non-relevant Work Experience 4.Insufficient Work Experience 5.False Education Certificates 6.False Work Experience certificates Item 1 to 4 is the sole responsibility of the “Technical/Specialist” team of Apex Visas and logically it will your solely responsibility for furnishing “False Education/Work Experience” certificates. Mostly in all cases their so called specialist team will purposefully never mention whether you do not qualify on any one of the reasons 1 to 4 mentioned above in their “Technical Evaluation” report. This is how they enroll aspirants to defraud and extract money from aspirants. Example of “Relevant Education” is If you have a degree in “Plumbing” and you have a work experience in “Gardening” then your education is Non-Relevant in this case Your Work Experience requirement will be different min of 5-6 years in the last ten years + 3 years of experience in the last 5 years. If you approach any immigration agents ALWAYS get the official immigration criteria of work experience. Relevant experience in last 10 years is not a criterion. For e.g. Australian authority will count your total experience in last 10 years; ALSO, Experience in last 5 years; ALSO Experience of 1 year minimum in one company in last 5 years; ALSO Experience of 3 years with not less than 1 year in one company in last 5 years. The combination will change with your education. You will also end up spending money towards Apex Visas Fees + Skill Assessment fees and documents attestation fees nothing less than 1.5 lacs. Then once you are stripped of your money the sales/support team is never available on phone and you are left interacting and waiting for with their legal team to reply. BEFARE of APEX VISAS SERIOUSLY they willfully defrauded me of 1.5Lacs under the pretext of Immigration to Australia.
