Hello,

I have sent emails for my refund but they are not even bothered about replying back to me. I have started my processing with Apex Hyderabad team and I have told them in the first place not to include my wife in assessment. They gave me a positive assessment report and includes my wife score.

I have done ECA on my own and booked IELTS test before I paid them the money. After paying the money, they have assigned a girl as a case officer who knew nothing about my NOC code. They didn’t even call me once if I need any assistance in IELTS test. they have me file in which how you can get higher Bands in IELTS.

I got CLB 7 and couldn’t file EOI because the basic criteria of 67 points were not met, thanks to Apex. As they have assumed and included my wife’s IELTS score for 5 points.

Now, They don’t even answering my emails now and giving false email ID to get in touch with legal team.

Let me know how I can proceed with legal proceedings.
