I had ordered a MI 20000 MAH Powerbank from this site… It was mentioned to be Original & I bought it via COD by paying rs.1198, Later I went on internet and searched for how to differentiate b/w an original & fake MI Powerbank; it failed the tests given for an original one, moreover it does not charge my devices properly…
I had initiated a refund request on their page but its been pending since 1/02/2017 & is still being processed. I asked the site customer care regarding it via Mail but they are not replying, I sended them 2 mails via Gmail & one through their site still no step is moved on…
I have been in real pain as I gave them 100rs notes that too during money crisis, Help plz
