On 8 August 2019 I applied for a health insurance policy with Apollo Munich through my Axis Bank account. After several phone calls I was rejected for the policy but no refund given despite several visits to the bank to enquire for the same.
On 16 October I posted on social media in desperation and received assurance within 20 minutes the matter would be looked into and referred back by 23 October latest.
It is now past close of business 23 October and STILL no word from them or even a reply to my email.
They have every right to refuse me for insurance, I have no issue with that. They have NO right to keep my money; that is theft!! I am a single parent and 12k is a lot of money to me. Meanwhile I am uninsured and unable to purchase a policy with a more reputable organisation until I get my refund.
