Big fraud happening, no responses, lack of ethics, non professionals. Took a package worth AED 24,000 and was trapped. Now not giving any reason for a trip nor returning money. Filed complaint at DED and still working out. They are sure to get abscond in few months. My number is 0*************9.

Dear All,
The above issue is NOT RESOLVED and was marked RESOLVED based on a false promise from these frauds. These frauds focus is to cheat poor people and modus of operation is opening with a name Indians trust as Reliance, Apollo etc loot people and then abscond. They will reappear again in Middle East and requesting not to invest in any new Indian startups without proper investigation. In the name of Apollo Tours and Travels they have cheated approx 700 customers spending on an average 20K AED.
We contact them ,none are answering ..Apollo times and travel ..huge amount loss..we trying to get refund ..please suggest what can be done ..email us [email protected] ….for suggestions and if anyone has refund back

With the freedom that you are giving in raising a complaint I can always come back if they are not meeting their promises. In this scenario can you completely remove the page itself (https://www.complaintlists.com/apollo-times-tours-and-travels-big-scam-not-sure-when-they-abscond-from-uae/) which has the whole content. You may maintain this in audit logs as RESOLVED without showing in the page. This is my humble request as an individual.

This is MAHESH NAIR . Please remove the above complaint raised on Apollo Tours and Travels as this was written by mistake . The company has given an intermediary solution in terms of downgrading my package . The delta amount post downgrade is going to get refunded in 5 equal installments.
