Please help me in getting a replacement for the brand new iphone 7 having manufacturing defect from the seller and company.

I am Vibhuti Jain. I bought Iphone7 from one of the Apple premium seller called ‘Imagine’ but was cheated by the store about the handset on 18th of February 2017 . From the next the I found the blurred image from the iSight camera. They have not only sold me the defective item, but even refused to replace the item which holds all the policies and laws for the replacement under both company laws as well as the consumer’s. The shop members made me to visit around 4 times and I waited for along 7 hours every-time without any food. I was thrown between the shop and the service center. In-fact the registered service center of Apple, ‘icare’ has clearly certified that phone is defective, there is a blurred image in the ‘iSight’ camera on 23rd of February 2017 . But still the Imagine store is trying to give a service and repair a brand new where I am demanding for a replacement as I have invested Rs70,000/- on the item.

Apart from the argument about this issue with me and the Imagine store members , they gave me mental agony , deprivation, harassment, and lack of professional practice.
