Appthoughtz Innovation Pvt. Ltd – Not paying the salary !!

I have worked with Appthoughtz as Head- product operations for close to 2 months. After which, I decided to resign due to some reasons and served a notice to the company. They were fine with a 2 week notice as I was still in probation period. The MD was fine with it and he approved my last working day as 13th July 2013. Till date I have been following up for my full & final salary, but he is not giving it. He just gives me another date every now & then and is not ready to pay it. Can you pls help me with this.
