i booked a sleeper class ticket from Chennai to Munnar on 18/6/16. on the way bus was stopped saying it got break down. driver and cleaner resisted to give me the managers or concerned persons number as they failed to arrange an alternative arrangement for me. instead they made me send in a Coimbatore bus and made me sit with the driver on the engine and he refused to give me any compensation to continue my journey from Coimbatore to Munnar. The service they provided was very bad and everyone be careful while selecting your buss operator.
