This company Arabian Time Travel is certainly playing hoax with their customers. I found many discrepancies in what their Sales team commit and what their Customer Care deliver when it’s time to avail!
For my case –
1. I got a membership card after chasing them many times over email and phone calls, but with wrong dates. Despite informed them to change it, they haven’t done so even after one and half months.
2. The Credit card EMI interest amounts still not paid although Customer Care promised by email that they were reimbursing shortly.
3. I tried to book desert safari but they didn’t come back with the quotation.
4. I tried to book for 2 nights holidays in UAE in a 5 star property but they were pushing me to choose from 3/4 star properties only. I was chasing them for two weeks over emails and several phone calls, finally decided to revoke my membership as their service is nothing but poor!
5. Fixed a meeting with their Marketing Manager Sunil Nair (who was present in the sales session at a hotel) and asked him for refund. He agreed with us saying, ” Customer Care always push customers for 3 stars properties, otherwise how company would make profit”. He asked for some time to return the money but I was following up him for number of times but he never replied via email. Every time its the same story, need more time. Its more than 1 and half months and they haven’t done anything.

Pls be aware of them and take hard stand against them. File complaint to the authority and also write to Newspaper about this. Also should inform Indian Consulate so that they also know about this company and black list them.
