Dear Sir,

I’ve placed an online order with Archies online on 6th of Feb and the delivery date was 13th of Feb. However till today (15th of Feb.) the order is still in pending status and no one from archies is responding. When I tried calling their customer care, no one picked. Also, I sent an email to their customer care, still no response.

After 5 days, they told me that one of the item in the order was not available and they have canceled it. It was not told to me at the time of order placing.
When I contacted their Facebook page, they told me that the order has been dispatched (which was a lie) since the order has not been dispatched till today.

Finally, the order has to be canceled as I became totally frustrated with such conduct from their part. In my opinion, such fraud companies shall not be allowed to run online businesses and strict actions shall be taken against them since they keep on fooling the customers.
