Most humbly and request fully i want to inform you that I placed 2orders from the website www.archiesonline.com which was a WISHING YOU GOOD LUCK COMBO and GOOD MORNING GORGEOUS MUG the order number of both of the order respectively is OR171223-1904314 and OR171223-1904369 and the orders was booked on dated 23rd December 2017 later one of the orders which was WISHING YOU GOOD LUCK COMBO order no. OR171223-1904314 and the cost of the order is Rs. 899/- was cancelled from my side by phone on this no. 011-49498888 (a given number on site for enquiry) the customer care representative assured me to cancellation of order but till date no refund amount which is Rs 804/- after necessary deduction as told by the customer care representative is NOT received please make me sure how much time will take by your side to refund me my rest of amount.
Secondly I want to inform you that the order GOOD MORNING GORGEOUS MUG order number OR171223-1904369 was not delivered on given date 25th December 2017.
