Windows for bathroom and kitchen are both opening in SAME shaft.
There is huge RAT population in shaft and even on top floor and we cannot open the windows. There is foul smell coming from shaft bathrooms and spreading in whole house from kitchen and bathroom windows.
The window design is such that window cannot be shut completely so there is no way to keep out the smell. The design of flat and maintenance is very poor. I have to approach consumer court for repair of seepage in my flat, the developer is not helping at all.
