My sister and i had booked two flats in this project in 2010 by giving the booking amount of 70, 000rs.. After lottery, we were allotted two flats 902 and 1704 in bldg no. 10. They issued the letter of intent on 10 april 2011. They promised to give us possesion with in three years. They also told us that as soon as the plinth level complete we should pay 5% of the payment. We gave another instalment of about 3 lakh rs.in 2011. But from that day they only completed the plinth level. And whenever we asked about the work every time they gave us false commitment. I have all my payment receipts with me. After that mr. Chagan bhujbal’s project stopped and we didnt know anything. We had visited the site but there is no construction work going on. We have no details as to which number we need to contact. The matter was taken by cbi and we submitted all the details there as well. But, no intimation or news so far. The property rates have risen up since then. We did not get any refund of the money with the interest rates. We booked the flat but we have got nothing in our hands now. We have not only lost our hard earned money but also our dreams of owning a flat.
