Arsalan – Deduction of money

On 22.03.16 I received an offer of discounted Biriyani from Arsalan (Rs.85/- per plate). I booked one plate using my State Bank of India Debit Card. The money was deducted immediately and I received a message from the bank stating the deduction. Surprisingly I have not received any mail or message from nearbuy.com. I waited for a while then contacted the customer care. Some Mr. Prakash received my complaint and told me that my order was not processed through due to some error and my deducted amount has already being credited to my account. But on 24th when I updated my passbook, I have seen only the deduction but no refund.

I request you to see to the matter and help me in getting my money back.
