I placed an order on 25 Jan 2020 in the online shopping company Artradco. The website has splashy sale and while the inventory doesn’t seem huge it does not look shady.
The order was for 1KG dry fruits, paid Rs 660/- (by credit card) and I received a confirmation by email (order #6857) immediately. But the item has not been delivered as of today (15 February). Their online link for customer service does not work as an error message is displayed whenever one tries to submit the message. When I email using a separate mail client I got no answer. The website has no option to track one’s order.
I would like my order to be cancelled and payment to be reimbursed.
This appears to be a complete ripoff. The website should be shut down as God knows how many others are being cheated. The owners should be booked for commercial fraud.
I placed Order #8321, paying ₹1,323.00 on 7th March. There is no indication of any effort on delivering the goods. The Website rejects login requests when I use the credentials they sent via email.
It looks like fraud. I wonder how can such a website be existent! It is crime!
Against the order no 6894 dated 26.01.2020 I booked one usha Misty 15 ltr Geyser online paid Rs 3199/- till date i am not getting any response as well did not received any product & my amount. I had registered one complaint on National Consumer help line on 1800114000.
Order no 6859 was placed on Artradco on January 25th 2020 for Rs 1270.00 and payment was made through Credit Card. The order was acknowledged on the same day by email. On 1st Feb I was informed that my order has been cancelled due to non availability of the ordered items and the payment made by me will be refunded. Since then I lave sent a number of mails but the money has not been refunded so far. So beware of placing any orders and and making payments to them. They seems to be fraud
