We had given our home for rent to them. They paid rent only for first month. After that they have not paid continuously for 3 months. We are fighting against them either to pay rent or to get the house vacated. They have not been picking my calls and by mistake if they pick they say it will come in 1 or days. Standard dialogue for more than 3 months. We had to go all along to their office and as expected they were many like us shouting at them and striking to get the amount from them.

My advise to whoever reads this – dont go to them and get cheated. They will talk to you nicely till they get your sign and dissappear.
