Hi,

I am living in arv imperia, flat number b-1204, this projected build by
Arv group.

There is regular water leakage problem in my bedroom during rain and also
From different area, passage of building.

Please see the attached photographs as proof of it.

I have informed this problem regularly to following mail id and contacts
Problem is almost from 2 year and its not solved

I will insist customer to not buy flat from arv group, there are many issues they haven’t work and misused your maintenance money. I insist buyers to visit building during rainy season to see rain fall.
