Wrongly Updated My Details On System Of PF
My name Is Mukesh Kumar Priyadarshi I was working in arvato Bertlesmann Pvt Ltd as Subject matter Expert.My date Of joing was 12th Feb 2014 and until 2nd May 2016.
My Employer Asked me Identiy Proof For the updation of UAN Number So i Provided My Aadhar card Copy in which its cleraly mention my name and my fathers name Ram kumar Priyadarshi.
but my employer updated Raj Kumar Instead of Ram Kumar on UAN Account number as well on there System They Updated Raj Kumar.While Applying PF for Withdrawl on dated 18.th July 2016 the same thing Highligted to my HR. Sameer Joshi.
But Sameer Said Its Ok..It Will Be Approved .But Due to this Reason My PF Got Rejected and PF Office Asked For Joint Declaration from emaployer .So I Contacted To My Employer but Sameer Left The Organisation.On sameeer Behalf Avinash (HR) and Neha (Hr)
was handling PF Department. After Doing Alots of efforts N number request and follow ups to HR .Finally Neha Provided Me joint Declartion.The Entire Process Started again.after Waiting For A 2 months Now Again My PF Got Rejected As Its Mention The Reason Joint Declartion Not Signed by Employer.
Sir M very much feadup with my employer…totally mental harressment Due to fault of my Employer M Suffering. I request you Kindly Take Strick Action Againts This Compalint,My Details are Mention Below.
