Providing worst service…plan is of 1 Mbps unlimited but hardly getting speed of 0.50 Mbps..whenever called to customer care they used to do two practices —-1) reset the modem 2) arrange home visit by technician…surprisingly when ever guy come to home speed is ok (may be they correct before coming) but hardly 1-2 hr speed gain reached to very slow…i fed up this type of service…i have to do many official works but it never done due to this pathetic service.
