i have applied a home theater system for home purpose online from askmebazaar.com for the amout 1634.
i received ythis product on 12-05-2016. i opened this on 16-05-2016 and i saw in this product is defecttive. its pen drive slot is not working prperly and 1 speaker and aux cable is mising in this.
when i call the call center they denied to take compalint.

kindly help me to back my money.
