I have booked Bus ticket from askmebus.com for 23 Oct. I got confirmation sms on my mobile with the journey details. But actually the tickets never got booked at the bus operator end. I end up booking ticket from another online booking portal. The amount debited from my account is around 2000 rupees. I tried contacting their Customer case on the provided email id. [email protected]
Wonder is this email id is valid. No response after sending around 15 emails till date. They don’t even have any Tel line to contact. The amount is not credited back to my account even after 12 days. We don’t have any option to contact them. Request help on this issue.
Looks like this askmebus.com is a fake site.
just file a compaint in nerabt police station. do’t ignore this. Here’s somer information about owner of this website who is running this fraud.

I have faced the same problem of you. I have booked tickets online from Chennai to pollachi and Coimbatore to Chennai. I have lost around Rs.1600. I have already complaint to local police station , they have forwarded my complaint to ” central crime branch “ for this issue.
Please try to complaint from your side too. If you need any help regarding this please contact 9791961993. We will make this issue bigger so that solution will be in a better way.
I have informed all the persons who got affected because of this.
I have booked bus ticket from Hyderabad to Mumbai for 3rd of Nov on 26/10/2016 it got confirmed and they deducted money next day I received message they cancelled my ticket and they will refund me with in 4 working days still didn’t get money back there is no way to contact them email id mentioned in ticket is also fake, Govt. Should take action against these kind of bastards during Diwali season these people blocked money it’s not at all good kindly help to get our refund
