DEAR SIR,
I HAVE BOOKED TICKET THROUGH ASKMEBUS.COM IN VRL TRANSPORT FROM BANGALORE TO CHENNAI., MY TICKET GOT BOOKED AND AMOUNT ALSO GOT DEBITED, WHEN THE TIME OF TRAVELLING, MY NAME IS NOT THERE IN THE VRL TRANSPORT CHART LIST., WHEN I ENQUIRED IN VRL TRANSPORT THEY TOLD ME THAT MY NAME IS NOT IN THE LIST, I UNABLE TO CONTACT ASKMEBUS.COM, I SENT THE MAIL TO ASKMEBUS.COM. BUT STILL I HAVE NOT RECEVIED ANY REPLY MAIL FROM THEM..

Dear Sir / Mam,
Pls go through the below mail, yesterday i booked bus ticket through askmebus.com in VRL travels. I got the confirmation booked msg. But in VRL traveling boarding list my name was not there.
VRL travels has not pick up me from the boarding point.
Because of this issue I suffered a lot.

I request you to kindly refund my money back.
