My name is vishnu i have booked four ticket to bangalore to paramakudi (27/10/2016) transation details below mentioned :

Booked on : 27-oct-2016 08:00 pm (Kpn travels) askme bus site, i am booked four ticket to bangalore got four ticket message this four ticket amount is debited to my account that same day and 27-oct-2016 2.00pm i got msg for cancelled this ticket, got refund message, amount not credit to my account.

The above mentioned ticket i got the a mail that the ticket was booked but the on the departure day the management of the travel agency said that it was booked under the name some other person, i couldn’t even make contact with these website people as they do not have any customer service number. Please help me.
