Asosa homes property management Company represented by Mr. B. Arivunambi aged 38 years having office at No.08, First Floor, Thiruvalluvar Street, Potheri – 603203 had cheated both Flat owners and the tenants by getting into an Rental & Lease Agreements respectively. Mr. Arivunambi was suppose to pay monthly rents as per his agreement. Since Jan 2022 we have not received the rent from him. So we tried meeting him at his office at Potheri, and we were repudiated meeting him on that day. Subsequently after two days we came to know through the News channel that Mr. Arivunambi had absconded looting all the funds. I really don’t understand how the government is too casual to provide PAN card or Aadhar Card to this Guy Mr. Arivunambi who had done similar forgery during 2018 at Adambakkam and got a bail which had never been reflected in any media, internet or in news. Again this person intentionally planned to cheat the house owners and tenants starting his new office at Potheri in 2020.
