Asosa property
Same person did again same statergy in potheri chennai.he has started Asosa property in potheri in 2020.Arivu Nambi take houses from house owners for rent and given tenant for lease.around more then 300 people taken house for lease from this property.on 20th April 2022 he has switched off his number absconded.office was locked.if anybody knows the solution please help us

I have a cheque bounce case against ASOSA. They posted by courier, Professional Couriers, from their Potheri office, a cheque of IDBI bank for Rs240000,:towards two months, Feb and March,2022, rental for my 2bhk flat at Alappakkam TVS EMERALD GREEN. I deposited the same in my SBI branch but it bounced due to lack of funds in their account. Cheque no 087054 of IDBI Bank, dtd 10/4/2022 for Rs24000. I sent a notice by regd post to ASOSA regarding this cheque bounce, and told that I have been charged Rs295 as charges from my a/c towards cheque bounce. No reply has been received. Also I had terminated my rental agreement with ASOSA by 30/4/2022. But my tenant has paid about 4lakhs rupees to ASOSA for lease of that flat. That money should be protected and should be retrieved from ASOSA.
