Subject: Online fraud is done by Abhishek Kumar alias Avinash Kumar for INR.18500 (Astha Marketing, Janakpuri, New Delhi)
This is regarding I have been online scammed, and fraud done by Abhishek Kumar alias Mr. Avinash Kumar for INR.18500 (Astha Marketing, Shop No. 4-F 13, Near Satyam Cinema, District Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi – 110058.

I found his company through IndiaMart also known as TradeIndia is having a web portal for traders who normally sell items wholesale and in retail too. And I wanted to buy a Canon Printer model number Canon Pixma G7070 which is MRP was Rs.28999 and my details were given to this seller through the IndiaMart portal. I got a call from the scammer from Abhishek Kumar alias, Mr. Avinash Kuma, after discussing with him the price he offered after the discount without GST of INR.18500 including the shipping charges to Srinagar – Bemina – 190018 and as per our WhatsApp chats I was supposed to transfer the money to his account and after the payment he was supposed to ship the printer by DTDC Courier by Air. His account details etc were sent to me by WhatsApp chat and I was asked to make the payment before 6 pm as the courier person comes pickup at 6 pm. So accordingly, I made the online payment of INR.18500 from my wife’s JK Bank account number SB: 0561040100005576 account name Subeena Akhtar, JK Bank – Khomani Chowk Bemina money was transferred to the account holder’s account number 1014371445 Kotak Mahindra Bank IFSC Code KKBK0004614 Branch: Najafgarh.
And once the payment was received immediately his (Avinash Kumar) phone was not reachable and sometimes out of network area. But as I have checked sometimes his phone is working have made several calls and even WhatsApp messages there is no response at all. Phone numbers are +91-7834818278 and +91-9718571390
You are requested to please investigate the matter and help me out that will be your most kind.

PS: I have already given the same application at Cyber Police Station in Srinagar (Kashmir)
But they said that we cannot help you because it is possible to get the money back and plus they said it needs to lodge an FIR in Delhi and need permission court to get your money back.
Since the amount is only Rs.18500 they said we would spend more than 2 lakhs to get this person so finally, they said that forget about this money and be careful in the future when doing online transactions.
I have attached the transaction details as well as his visiting card as well so that it will make things easy to nail the scammer.
As I have checked many times that he is active on WhatsApp and plus his mobile phone is also working have called him many times it rings but he does not take my calls.
You are requested to please investigate this matter as soon as possible.
