I have come across a google ad and visited a website named: mazikwin.com
when I saw some products on the website that were not at real prices and looking at the offers i was curious to know whether the deals were real or not. So I went and proceeded with an order and it got placed for a Cash On Delivery. As I assumed this looks like a fake order I did not bother. But i got the parcel from Flipkart today morning(14-08-2021) and the delivery boy did not instruct me on the proper details and asked me to pay so i made a payment and saw the product and as i thought it is a fake product and the return address mentioned in the delivery details were fake.
Now i lost an Amount of Rs 1,599 because of my negligence and due to fake delivery through Big giants like flipkart. I want to raise the concern to the Flipkart agency to track this complaint and provide me a satisfactory justification of how flipkart can take a Fake Order Agency and Delivered. As though it was my mistake to order in a fake company and I need few understanding how flipkart accepts these orders.
1. How flipkart takes orders from Fake Companies?
2. What are the real measures taken when flipkart takes when an order is picked? How they trust the Companies or products of these companies.
3. Why are the delivery people not properly instructed to check the product and pay?
Although it looks like Customer Mistake, It Could not have happened without the Delivery Agents Like Flipkart Whom we trust the products. So kindly track this issue as a serious concern and provide a clear justification on how we can take the products from Flipkart.
I have returned my product to the Delivery Branch and Asked them to help me resolve the issue.
I hereby filing an Official Complaint to track this order and provide me a refund if the Amount Transaction is not delivered to the Merchant.
