It is to inform you that I Tarlika Parmar had joined an automation company named Avenir on 2nd July, 2021. I have worked in the said company for 14 days of August month. 1st August to 14th August. From 15th August I was not physically so well to go to office. So I didn’t go to office for 3-4 days.
And because of my this absence, the HR terminated me. The HR called me for for hand over to the new appointed accountant on 2nd September, so I went, and did the same, and also handed over the given sim card.
Although I did all they said, the hr is not paying my salary for 14 days of August month. I have attached 2 screen shot of WhatsApp chat for your ref. Please help me.
