i brought a some product frow awok .com .in that purchase i got two item damaged one my new htc mobile and wireless head set , i complaint it the same day and they told me me ur complaint is registered out driver will contact u when he will reach der.he came and collect the item . as per the warranty claim they should replace the item also the customer guy told that we will replece and will give u but after the 13 days they deliverd the two products one of head sets is ok but the mobile is same like as i give to them
