My axis Bank account number 912010032335241, myself was issued a credit card by axis Bank. I was been charged with over limit fee on my axis bank credit card. I asked them to stop my card from going over limit if any transaction is done it should be declined. They assure me to do the same but even after that they kept on charging me with over limit fee + debit interest. I ask them to do reversal of over limit fee, but it was not done by them. Myself denied to pay credit card bill after that. Now they have debited the credit card bill in my axis bank saving account, I have stopped using the account now. My saving account balance is showing negative and that also effected my credit score in CBIL because of improper communication and wrong charges levied on me. I can provide all mail communication done to axis Bank . I will request to take proper action against this issue.
