Having my card in my wallet and I received a SMS that my account is debited by Rs. 10000 and as soon as I checked my wallet If I have lost my card or not which was already in my wallet I received another SMS that my account is debited by another Rs. 9000. After all these when I complaining to customer care they said transaction is done on this card in hasanpur (Palwal) which is far away from me and asking me to cut out my card and raise a complaint in nearest police station and submit all scanned copy at customer care services and they will resolve this issue in 20 working days. I have to suffer everything for the whole month just because of Axis bank foolish services which they even can’t avoid fraud also.
