Being a Member of ICSI, I had paid the fees of Rs. 2500 though the debit card on the ICSI portal. However, the said amount is not received to ICSI. Have two questions?

Where is the money if ICSI has not received and I have not received any refund.
Also, ICSI has requested for RRN number which Axis bank is not aware and the staff is not providing with the details.

I hereby wish to file a plaint against the Axis Bank and hereby pray to the Honorable Court for :

1. Providing the Resolution to the above problem;
2. Refunding the amount of Rs. 2500/-;
3. Reimbursing the additional fees payable to ICSI due to the delay of Rs.5000;
4. Pay an amount of Rs. 10000/- for harrassing the customer by not assisting in resolution of the complaint even by the Nodal officer.
