Axis Bank – zero coordination from bank staff

We recently shifted our whole banking profile to axis bank. We have 13 running fully operative accounts (Savings & current both) with axis bank (Vashi branch).

We are extremely dissatisfied with the relationship and services that this branch extends. There is no one to attend our calls. If anyone attends, then they put our calls on hold for 15-20 minutes after which they say they will call us back but the call back never comes.

The behaviour of the staff in the branch is very bad. They talk to our peons / staff with taunts and sarcasm.
Such behaviour of the bank staff is not tolerable.
Also, no coordination from them is extremely unexpected from a private bank like axis bank.

We expect you to take some serious steps, because our business gets affected adversely. Also, a lot of time gets wasted in follow up and coordination with the bank staff.
