Hello!
I ordered and paid for a kurta on Aza Fashions’ website in mid December (order 3336) and am still waiting for the delivery. Each time I write to them they say the delivery will happen soon but nothing has been delivered yet. I have told them that they should refund my money (rs 6000) in case they can’t fulfil the order but they refuse to do that either. They have now stopped responding to my mails. Please do something about it.

One of the worst customer services. I ordered items & paid &19.99 for shipping. I am receiving packages in multiple shipment, Aza is charging me additional shipping dees of &19.99 since one of the items is shipped separately. When contacted customer service all they say package is being shipped & not resolving questions about additional shipping charges.
On WhatsApp they just ignored my request.
