I purchased Appartment in 2017 with azizi at riviera 15. Delivery as per contract was q4 2018 and to date (end dec 2023) still not handover. I received harassment call to pay installment in advance and they promised free service and maintenance charger. I paid in advance and now that unit ready for delivery they tell me they have no trace of free maintenance and service. In my contract I had also 8%roi garantee for 2 years and now they tell me in need to pay 10% management fee to azizi and need to wait 5 month after delivery to receive the money.
Azizi is scamming customer, in 5 years I had perhaps 20 different interface as they resign the one after the others.
I tried to settle the case with azizi but they refuse to compensate me
Consumers should know and stay away from this company. By the way there are social media pages about azizi victims and I am far to be an isolated case
