When you first meet them, they treat you well, serve your coffee, promise you a lot and shower you with so many appraisals about their property and how it is the best. They constantly stalk you with phone calls and whatsapp messages offering discounts. The moment you pay is a different story.
1) No one answers their messages anymore
2) Azizi Rivera Project was one year late from the promised deadline
3) Snagging appointments were constantly being cancelled by them and rescheduled
4) When snagging, so many problems showed up and were not up to the standards proposed! The buildings had cracks inside and outside! Looked 5 years old!
5) After the snagging and submitting the report to Azizi no response from them for over a month despite constantly emailing them!
6) For purchasing an apartment they answer the call immediately. However, for handover, you stay waiting on the phone for about 20 to 30min for someone to anser
Turns out they are busy with the new project Azizi Venice and are ignoring old projects and those who paid!
