Azizi development – non compliance

After agreeing upon and signing a contract (OTP)that stated a specific price, I was later informed that the price had changed. Despite my initial frustration, I accepted this change after lengthy and difficult conversations with Azizi team. I agreed to move the balance to purchase 2 instead of 3 units at the new prices. However, what followed was a series of unacceptable customer service experiences that have left me questioning my decision to invest with Azizi.
Misallocation of Apartment Units: I selected and paid for apartment units in building 7E, located at the front of the project. I have all the necessary proof and receipts to support this. I had paid as well ahead of the agreed-upon payment plan. To my surprise and disappointment, I have recently discovered that I have been allocated a unit in building 10B at the back of the project.
I have officially brought these issues to Azizi higher management’s attention on the 22nd august 24 but no response so far.
