I purchased the property in 2022 around sept and all formalities completed. Bldg was completed on 21st Feb 23. Since then no updates on handover. I have been asking for an update though all possible channels calls , mails , whatsapp etc all i get is new months for handover. I recd a call from azizi quality team for feedback on process. I told them abt whole story but again she was unabel to help in anyway. She routed me again to my RM who was already in touch with me. My RM told me abt handover by nov max and asked me to get preapproval. I got the preapproval in weeks or two then informed hom. But still he had no news of handover. Today (22nd Nov 2024) i asked him for an update he told it MAY be in Jan 2024. Made a huge mistake of buying from this developer even after my friends faced same issues.
