I don’t know where to start from becoz my complaints list is very long and I am very sure I’m not the only tenant suffering
I already suffered as the first tenant at in Aliyah azizi where there was no du no etisalat connection no gas and damaged interiors and smelly kitchen and bathroom when I moved in , after a long wait of 6 months when all this was sorted , repairs and management to the smallest level was given to 3 rd party who would not be available in emergency situations like water leakages or ac Maintainence suddenly u feel so hot in the house and imagine building Maintainence not available to help !!! , even since neither the fridge issue nor ac works in good condition !! They do nothing about it !!!
Worst is I tried to move out of Aliyah and buy an appartment in creek azizi which they told me was different management cheated us with designs given to us !!! The design promised to give best view of town was completely shattered when we saw the construction half way through that a HUGE WALL blocks the whole view becoz of which we bought this appartment . They cheated us into the deal by giving the best designs and then back out by saying this was what was originally displayed . Why on earth shall I buy and expensive appartment in these times if I don’t even get a good view with a large super large terrace balcony which ahas no view !!!’ And smallest kitchen possible as though it’s a studio house ! The whole lay out is totally out of place !!!
I will advise no one absolutely no one to buy ever a house in any azizi building forget buying no one shud even rent an appartment here.
The whole management is a failure cheating customers and taking money that’s it with no service whatsoever !!!
This is just the start of my complaints and I will definitely take this on to higher level on media such that such people don’t cheat others anymore and Mr Azizi himself shud look into these matters !!!
