Pampa, the receptionist at Non Invasive Cardiology, mistreated a patient after the patient inquired about the angiography procedure.

She verbally yelled at us and spoke to the patients in a very rude manner.

From a hospital like B M Birla, this is extremely unfortunate and disappointing.
