I booked my order on 30th of July and I haven’t received it yet.It was a prepaid order as I paid 855 rupees for my Balenciaga Triple S leather sneakers running shoes.Even I’m not able to track my order.
I was just checking some modern sneakers on Google , suddenly I saw a pair of shoes on B4 Basket website.
Then I checked those sneakers and its price was 1155 but there was a discount of 300 rupees on prepaid orders. I ordered Balenciaga Triple S leather sneakers and the website showed my order but till now I haven’t received it.
Moreover,I can’t get support from their Gmail account.
Please send my order or send my refund as soon as possible.
