I placed an order on 22nd of February for a power bank from back in sale.
We were told that the shipment and other details will be sent to our email id.
It’s 25th of March today and I have still not received my product.i tried to mail them but it’s showing that the mail id is invalid as well as their contact number.i have paid RS.1100 through my credit card for the item.please look into the matter
