Rs 3000 has been deducted from my Icici account without informing me , I had visited icici branch then branch replied as above , ” Ecs mandate has been given to the merchant ” but I have not signed any mandate or nor given any approval for deductions also bank told me this transaction will be every month
Plzz help me with this , this is clearly froud by bank n merchant . I am educated person that’s why m writing mail to you . but there are so many people are uneducated in India , what they should do ? Due to non education about consumer portal they will not reach to you n merchants will do this kind of frouds .

Plzz help me out this and catch the froud companies .
