Dear Sir/madam,
After getting from NOC on 21.05.2017 from company,Still the Loan over due is in active status.Many more times,I requested through mail to resolve the issue as my Rs.20 lakhs Home approval is pending at ICICI Bank ltd.No one has looked after my mail.They have assured that I have sent mail to CIBIL dept. Pls wait one week.It will be solved. Till today,the over due amount Rs.628 is shown my cibil side ,as a result,My score is under 621.

Pls help me.
