I have ordered OnePlus 7T electroplating Mapple Leaf Soft Case-classic black back cover and have paid 492 rs to them and they have delivered normal back cover of roughly 100 rs on 30th July.
Now I am reaching them to get the refund and someone from Amahion store responded my email saying that ” your order for exchange/refund has been processed. On 3rd Aug.
Till now I don’t have any further conversation from them and it’s very hard to believe new companies like Balviona are not at all trustworthy.
Moving forward I will only order from Flipkart Amazon for any other products not from any new companies like this.

Worst service waiting for my return or exchange and give me the right product which I have ordered.
