Order for a Bose wireless Earpods and received a JBL headphone. There is no option to return the order or cancel the order – I sent an email well before receiving the order to cancel it but there was no response and the delivery agent won’t take no for an answer and I had to shell out the money for a faulty product. The phone number mentioned in their website www.bassdeal.com doesn’t exist, I’m not sure if the the email works either. Even the distributor- Dealzone (care@dealzone) doesn’t have a valid contact number. This seems like a scam. People who have ordered please cancel them immediately.
