I had ordered Sony wireless earphone buy 1 get 1 free. I found this offer on Bassdeal which was shown on search engine google. The offer was advertised on Google Search engine. Google company should never entertain such fraudulent activities.
But the product delivered was a single piece JBL MINI duet wireless earphones with 2 wooden planks stuffed inside the packet. This product was delivered on 4th November 2020 at 9.45am by ECom delivery company.
I tried reaching the number mentioned but the number is switched off.
I wish to return this product immediately.
Kindly guide me way to get my amount refunded.
